Due to an overwhelming, continuing, echoing, repetitive, exorbitant, exhausting amount of requests for a 7am class – we have decided to take a poll and see how many of our members would attend this 7am class consistently on Monday – Wednesday – Friday.  Please email me or post your thoughts under comments.

I would also like to hear how many would have an issue with us cancelling the 11am class.  There seems to be very little demand for the 11am class and the few people that attend may possibly be able to come in for the 10am or maybe even the 7am class that will start in the future.

We also do have 1 working shower that can be utilized at anytime.  Be advised there will be a time limit on the shower use.

WOD #1
In 6 minutes
Run 800 Meters
Max reps Overhead Squats 115M/75W (amount of reps is score)

Run the 800 Meters as fast as possible – whatever time is left over do as many reps as possible of Overhead Squats.

rest 10 minutes then:

WOD #2
In 10 minutes Max Rounds and Reps of
7 Thrusters 115M/75W
12 Kettlebell Swings 53M/35W
7 Pull Ups

You have 10 minutes to complete as many rounds and reps as possible.

Post Workout

Stretch and Roll for 5 minutes
