Workout of the Day (WOD)

WOD#1

In 6 minutes

800 Meter Run

Max Rep Overhead Squat 115M/75W

*amount of reps = score

rest 10 minutes between WODs

WOD#2

AMRAP (As many rounds as possible) in 10 minutes of:

Row 250 Meters

5 Squat Cleans to Overhead 135M/95W

WOD#1 – whatever time you have left of your 6 minutes after the 800 Meter Run – do as many OH Squats as possible.

WOD#2 – be sure to do a Squat Clean then bring bar Overhead anyway you wish for each Rep.
