Here is a feature Athlete who needs to be recognized for her hard work and dedication.  We have dozens of success stories at our gym but Christina M is very unique.  Several months ago Christina M came to us and could hardly do 1 sit up due to medical issues (which I wont go into the details about).  Whenever I feel sorry for myself for the aches and pains I see how hard Christina pushes EVERYTIME I see her training and it inspires me.  Correct me if I am wrong but I believe her dead lift PR is up to 185lbs.  Form and Flexibility was her weakness however since she improved on it her Strength has gone through the roof.  Congrats!!!!!  To someone who never quits.
