30 Full Squat Snatch for time; 115 Men/ 75 Women
Run 800 Meters for time
10 Muscle Ups or 50 Pull Ups for time
20 Ab Wheel
Complete all 3 Workouts with approx 5 – 10 minutes rest between each.
