Do 2 or 3 warm up sets on Front Squats then 70 – 80% on work sets
Home made Coconut Milk Iced Cream. Frozen Mixed Berries (4 cups), 2 cans Coconut Milk. Blend and put in cups inside freezer. I added some splenda to sweeten it up and threw a couple semi sweet chocolate chips for the kids (actually for me, shhhh). Really good dessert.
