then

3 Warm Up Sets on Back Squat 5 – 8 reps

Strength Work
Back Squats 3 – 3 – 3 (hold 5 seconds on bottom)
rest 10 minutes
Endurance Work
1 Mile Run or 2000 Meter Row for time
