Back Squat  1 – 1 – 1

Conditioning Work
10 Rounds for time:
12 Burpees
12 Pull Ups


Coaches Notes:  Be sure the Athletes do at least 2 or 3 Warm Up sets on the Back Squat.  High Bar or Low Bar is acceptable.   Below parallel is a MUST.
