Conditioning Work

2 Rounds of the following cycle:
In 3 minutes
Run 400 Meters
Max Kettlebell Swings 70M/53W (reps is score)
rest 2 minutes
In 3 minutes
Run 400 Meters
Max Chest to Bar Pull ups (reps is score)
rest 2 minutes

Coaches Notes:  Warm Up = 15 minutes / Strength Work = 15 minutes / Cond Work =20 minutes

We need to put it on a clock so classes dont run into each other.
