If you are bored with your current Fitness Routine you found the right place.  Our workouts are constantly varied, short, intense, and most of all Effective.  Stop kidding yourself going to the gym and getting a little pump from those nice fancy shiny machines.  We are a Functional Fitness Warehouse Gym that will get you in the best shape of your life in a very short time frame.

In month #1 you will start feeling better and performing better.  In month #2 your friends will start to ask you what you are taking.  In month #3 you will be transforming into an athlete whether you like it or not.

Reminder!!!!!!   We are closed Saturday for our Beach Workout at 9am at Ft Lauderdale Beach.  East vs. West in a Sandbag WOD.  Please let me know if you will be attending.  EVERYONE is invited.

5 Hang Power Snatch 115M/75W
10 Snatch Balance 115M/75W
