Workout of the Day (WOD)
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Air Squats
on the minute every minute for 30 minutes
You have 1 minute to complete each round. Whatever time you have left you can rest until the top of the next minute. When it gets to the point when you go over the one minute mark – wait till the following minute to start another round. Keep track of the rounds you missed with a clip board and paper.
For example I hit my 2oth round and went over by 5 seconds so I skipped my 21st round and started on top the next minute.
Some may scale it back and do a round every 2 minutes from the beginning.
As usual all the workouts look easy on the whiteboard but …………….. You’ll see.
