Strength Workout

Chest 2 Overhead (anyhow) 1 rep max (20 Min Cap)
rest 5 min then:

Conditioning Workout
As many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes
25 Double Unders or 100 Single Jump Rope
15 Kettlebell Swings 70M/53W
5 Handstand Push Ups

Cool Down (VERY IMPORTANT)
