Warm Up

Joint Mobility and Line Drills

Strength Work

Dead Lift

5 Reps @ 75%

3 Reps @ 85%

1 Rep or more @ 95%

Conditioning Work

5-4-3-2-1

Dead Lift 225Men/135Women

Overhead Squat 95Men/65Women

Push Loaded Sled 20 Yards 90Men/20Women from bar to bar between the above stations.

CWOD instructions.  Load a bar for Dead Lift and load a bar for OH Squat.  Place them 20 yards apart from each other.  Compete 5 Dead Lifts and push the sled 20 yards to other bar and compete 5 OH Squats.  Then push the sled 20 yards back to Dead Lift bar and complete 4 reps etc……..
