Just a reminder to all CrossFit Affliction members – You have full access to BOTH locations.  I encourage you to take a trip out to the East Side (525 NW 1 Ave Ft Lauderdale) and catch a WOD.  We offer a 7am class and believe it our not that early in the morning it takes 15 mins to get there from the West location (CrossFit Affliction).  I did it today and timed myself.  We are starting to fill up with brand new members out East and I would love them to see how intense our current athletes train and especially see how proper form and technique is executed.  It makes the Coaches job so much easier when they witness it first hand.
