“Fight Gone Bad!”

Three Cycles of:

Wall Balls 20M/14W

Sumo Dead Lift High Pull 75M/45W

Box Jumps 20″M/20″w

Push Press 75M/45W


1 minute on each exercise as the clock continues to run you switch stations.  After a complete cycle you get a 1 minute rest and complete cycle 3 times.
