In this program, we will cover nine foundational movements. These nine foundational movements create the foundation needed to move, workout, or play at any sport you want to enjoy. You will cover:

Squats

Overhead Squat
Deadlifts

We will also give you an introduction to the additional movements we use and the equipment we use at our Playground Gym in Davie Plantation FL. These include:

No proper introduction to fitness would be complete without mobility. Mobility is one of the keys to fitness. Mobility is not just about stretching, it’s about opening up your joints in order to move safely and effectively.

Joint mobilization
Active warm ups
Targeted muscle tissue work

Each of these classes in Davie Plantation FL stars with a fundamental set of movements, moves through mobility and finishes with a beginners workout. These will be shorter and lower intensity as you prepare to join us in our regular class schedule.
