For all you skeptics out there – Keep paying your Personal Trainer to put a pin in the machine so you can do your isolated movements which do Nothing for you functionally. Heather has been with us for 5 months and is one of the best performers. Not bad for a ballerina who came to us and couldn’t run 1/8 of a mile. Now she Squats, Presses, Dead Lifts, Cleans, and runs 5K’s before breakfast.
