Run 800 Meters

 

Workout of the Day (WOD)

      "Ladder" (30 minutes)

Alternate each exercise and go up in reps as you continue as if you are climbing a ladder.  Continue as high as you can go for 30 minutes.  

  • Push Ups                     1 - 2 – 3 – 4 – 5 – 6 – 7 - 8 – 9 – 10 ……..
  • Knee to Elbows           2 -4 – 6 – 8 -10 -12-14-16-18-20…….. 
  • Kettlebell Swings        3 – 6 -9 -12-15- 18 -21-24-27-30…….
