  • 5 Pull Ups
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 15 Air Squats

Workout of the Day (WOD)

Run 5K or Row 5K (depending on rain)

rest as needed then:

Kettlebell Circuit
       5 Sets of 7 reps of:

  • Kettlebell Clean
  • Kettlebell Press
  • Kettlebell Overhead Squat
