Workout of the Day (WOD)

Today is a good day to do a Variety of Weight Training

Overhead Squat 3-3-3-3 reps   70% Load Work Set

Bench Press 5-5-5-5 reps         60% Load Work Set

Thruster 1-1-1-1 reps                 80% Load Work Set

Practice Ring Rows  4×15 for Muscle ups.
