Workout of the Day (WOD)

Met Con Day

Four rounds, each for time of:

800 meter run
Rest as needed between efforts.

Optional afterward:
5 Rounds as fast as possible
15 Deadlifts 135M/95W
15 Push Ups

After the Workout we all met up a Bokampers in Plantation for a Group Post-Workout called Wings and Beers.

Mr Bokamper himself stopped by to say hello to the “CrossFit Affliction” group.
