Bench Press 10 – 8 – 6 – 4 – 2 Day 10 Apollo Challenge
Back Squat 10 – 8 – 6 – 4 – 2 Cindy 10 Rounds
Dead Lift 10 – 8 – 6 – 4 – 2
Bicep Curl 10 – 8 – 6 – 4 – 2
Today was a very inspiring Day. I seen several Personal Records from Nate, Stephen Spin, and Lisa in the morning. Nate maxed his Dead lift @ 315 for 2 reps, Lisa maxed on her Dead lift @ 175 for 2 reps, Stephen Spin Squated 205 for 4 reps. Good job!

Steve Spin doing some barbell curls. Even though some CrossFitters wont agree with doing them – I cant give them up. At the end bring your elbows up and they are a functional movement.
