5 rounds of Cindy (5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 air squats
Then
1 round of Helen (run 400 meters, 21 KB Swing, 12 pull ups)
Then
2 rounds of 135 lb Dead lift 15reps, 15 push ups.
