20th day of the Apollo Challenge

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

MMA Workout of the Day (WOD)

5 rounds of Cindy (5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 air squats


1 round of Helen (run 400 meters, 21 KB Swing, 12 pull ups)


2 rounds of 135 lb Dead lift 15reps, 15 push ups.
