Workout of the Day (WOD)

CrossFit Workout

Push jerk 3-3-3-3-3 reps

MMA Workout

ARAP in 10 Minutes (as many reps as possible)
Med Ball Clean 20#  7 reps
Push Ups  7 reps
Do 1 pull up every minute increasing by 1 until failure.
