Coaches Notes:  Ground to Overhead can be anyway (Clean & Jerk, Snatch, etc…)  Cindy = 5 Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups, 15 Air Squats,  Row for calories.  Max Height Box Jump = both feet must leave floor at same time and land on box from a standing position.
