2 Miutes Max Reps of the following Exercise

with a 2 Minute rest between efforts


KB Swing

Double Unders

Wall Balls

Push Ups

Box Jumps

Sit Ups

Jumping Air Squats


Tomorrow, Sunday 01-09-10 any members who are willing (volunteers) to come in around 1030am, we will be at the gym moving around mats, doing a total clean up to get all the construction debris and dust removed, re organize racks and weights, etc…..

If we get a large enough group I dont believe it will take too long.  Mike B is coming in to build plyo-boxes.  I will be grilling hot dogs and hamburgers and have plenty of beer, soda, and water.
