Todays Nutrition Workshop was a hit.  I counted approx 30 members who showed up.  Big Thanks to Nick, Ryan A, and Nino.  Great presentation and excellent tips on Paleo and Zone.

One thing I got out of it was to slow down on eating so many apples and cashews.  Was wondering what everyone else got out of it or any type of feedback.  Please post it under comments.  Look for me workshops to follow.  Hope today helped everyone prepare for our 90 day diet challenge.

Great group workout also.  22 participated.
