Workout of the Day (WOD)

AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) in 30 Minutes

  • 5 Pull Ups
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 15 Ab Mat Sit Ups
  • 20 Overhead Squats (PVC)
  • 25 Back Extensions
