Monday 04/06/09 WOD

As of right now we are going to be closed for Saturday 04-11-09Friday evening classes will be at 5pm and 6pm close at 7pm.   ALL OTHER TIMES ARE THE SAME!!!!!!   again – ALL OTHER CLASS TIMES ARE THE SAME.  

Warm Up (3 Rounds)

  • 100 Meter Run or 150 Meter Row
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 10 Sit Ups
  • 10 Air Squats
  • 10 Pull Ups

Workout of the Day (WOD)

For Time:
100 Pull Ups
100 Push Ups
100 Sit Ups
100 Air Squats
