  • Light Bench Press Sets before Work Sets
  • 400 Meter Run or 500 Meter Row

Workout of the Day (WOD)

Bench Press   Bodyweight 6 Sets till failure

Rest then:

50 yard Sprints  5 times

Core Work

  • 50 Floor Sweepers for time 135M / 95W
