Shoulder press 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Push press 3-3-3-3-3 reps
Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5 reps

PA052048 Maisa came back strong today on the Push Jerk.  Glad to have you back.

PA052054 Gayle grew a pair and started to do the Push Jerk.  Nice form.

Core Work:
Knee to Elbow        3×15-25 reps
Back Ext.                 3×15-25 reps
