Overhead Squat 3-3-3

Conditioning Work

3 Rounds for time of:
50 Ft Overhead Walking Lunge  45M/25W
21 Burpees
Run 300 Meter (1 lap)


On Overhead Squat – Technique is the key.  Focus on your form not the weight.  Be sure to break below parallel at the bottom while maintaining your lumbar curve.  Keep shoulders active, weight on the heels, and return to full extension at the top.
