3 Thrusters – 185/135 (L3), 135/95 (L2), 95/65 (L1)
6 Bar Muscle Ups (L3), 6 C2B Pull Ups (L2), 6 Chin over Bar Pull Ups (L1)
9 Calorie Assault Bike

Each member goes in line fashion. Once the 9 Calories registers on the Bike the member MUST stop the bike
