Several Weeks ago we changed our Tuesday and Thursday 630PM Class to Olympic Weightlifting.  Its been a great success and every week seems everyone is hitting some good PBs (Personal Bests).  If you wish to come in and do a CrossFit Workout during the 630PM Olympic Weightlifting Class it would be strictly open gym and no coaching.
