Just a quick update on “The Playground Gym”.  We are looking to be open on Monday Aug 2, 2010.  We will do a Free Saturday Workout on Saturday July 31, 2010 at 9am.  Location = “The Playground Gym” / CrossFit Ft Lauderdale 525 NW 1 Ave Ft Lauderdale.  Bring as many friends that you can.
