Skill Work

Snatch Lands


After you complete the WOD and you recover – take about 10 minutes to practice your Snatch.  Do some Power Snatches or Squat Snatches.  Practice the Snatch Landing.  Use a light weight and Replicate Perfect Form and Technique.
