Workout of the Day (WOD)
I almost don’t want to post today’s WOD because not too many like to run and row. It is a necessary and crucial part of our training program. The members who make the most progress in our facility are those who force themselves to come in when they see a workout that they don’t like or they are not good at. There is only one way to get better – Do it!
If anyone wants to work on a skill movement tomorrow besides running or rowing they are welcome to.
