“Fixed Card Game” (30 Minutes) 10 reps of each

  • Diamonds                         Wall Balls
  • Hearts                               Kettlebell Swings
  • Spades                             Push Press
  • Clubs                                 Overhead Squats (PVC)
  • Black Joker                      100 Meter Sprint
  • Red Joker                         5 Burpees
