We divided the Group up into Teams of 2. Both members would have to start off with a 100 Meter Sprint – Once both are back begin with 100 Kettlebell Swings (one athlete at a time) then start a Overhead Walk with KB for 100 Meters, again once both members back begin 100 Kettlebell Front Squats (one athlete at a time). Workout continues as a Team Workout. At the end once Both Members are finished doing 10 Burpees Each it completes the WOD.
