Saturday 03/14/09 “Group Workout”

Group Warm Up will begin at 9am.  If anyone comes late they will do 50 Burpees for the warm up while the rest of the group watches.  No warm up – No workout!  Please be on time to be fair for the rest of the group along with the trainers.

The Group will be divided into small groups of 3.  Each small group of 3 will start the WOD every 5 minutes.

Never thought you would train like a Gladiator.

“300 Workout”

  • 25 Calories on Row Machine
  • 25 Lunges (each leg)
  • 25 Ab Mat Sit Ups
  • 25 Jumping Squats
  • 25 Kettlebell Swings
  • 25 Wall Balls
  • 25 Push Ups
  • 25 Box Jumps
  • 25 Push Press
  • 25 Double Unders or 100 Single Jump Ropes
  • 25 Bear Complex
  • 25 Leg Raises
