Saturday 04/04/09 “Group Workout”

Saturday 9am Group Workout will begin with a Group Warm up followed up by a Demonstration of all the Exercises in the following Workout.  Please be on time or prepare to so some Burpees.

Group Workout of the Day

Tabata Circuit.  40 seconds on 20 seconds off of the following exercise.  Do each exercise 4 times then move onto the next Station.

  4. Jump Box
  5. Push Ups
  6. Walking Lunge
  7. Kettlebell Swings
  8. Wall Ball
