Saturday 05/02/09 “Group Workout”

As usual the Saturday Group Workout will begin at 9am sharp.
It will begin with a Group Warm up for approx 10 mins then the fun begins.

The following Workout was taken from the CrossFit Games Qualifications

Workout of the Day (WOD)

Complete the following for time:

  • 1000 Meter Row
  • 25 Overhead Squats 135#Men / 95#Women
  • 100 Meter Sprint
  • 50 Kettlebell Swings 53#Men / 35#Women
  • 100 Meter Sprint
  • 25 Burpees
  • 200 Meter Sprint

**The Weights will be scaled to fit each athletes level.

Core Work

  • 6 Rounds Tabata Ab Mat
