The Challenge hosted by CrossFit 305 was a blast.  35 Athletes competed in a “Lucky 13” workout

As many reps as possible in 8 minutes of

Chest Slapping Push Ups

then as many reps as possible in 2 minutes of

Pull Ups

then as many reps as possible in 2 minutes of

Double Unders

then as many reps as possible in 1 minute of

Burpees
