Boot Camp Workout of the Day (WOD)

Team Workout / Groups of Two

Both teammates Run 200 Meters
Once both Teammates complete the 200 Meter Run

They begin the following exercises / only one Teammate can perform at a time

100 Pull ups

200 Push ups

300 Sit ups

400 Air Squats

Finish up with a 200 meter Run.  Clock stops once Both Teammates Finish.

The Results are as follows:


Heidi B and Jackie         26:35
Steve B and Stephanie  30:54
Steve L and Gayle          35:38
Paulette and Belkys        36:23

We had some new faces show up today.  It was great to have you come out to CrossFit Affliction.  We missed several participates however hope to see you next week.

Lisa came in for her initial fitness assessment and went over Functional Movements.


Lisa shows her perfect form on Overhead Squat as Coach Heidi watches.  Welcome to the Group Lisa.  I can tell you are going to love it by all the enthusiasm you possess.  See you next week.
