Do the Following Exercise for 1 Minute then switch w/o the clock stopping.  After doing 5 Exercises you get a 1 Minute Break.  This goes on until you complete 2 Rounds.

  • Box Jumps
  • Jumping Ring Pull ups
  • Kettlebell Presses
  • Ring Rows
  • Paralette Jumps / Push ups
  • Back Extensions
  • Ab Mat
  • Kettlebell Dead Lifts
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Hanging Cleans
