Group Workout @ 9am

Warm Up             10 minutes of the following:

  • 10 Air Squats
  • Run 100 Meters
  • 10 Push Ups
  • Run 100 Meters
  • 25 Sit Ups
  • Run 100 Meters
  • 10 Pull Ups
  • Run 100 Meters

Group Workout in Teams of Two.  Only One Athlete at a time – when your partner needs a break you move in and cont. to switch until WOD is completed.

Group Therapy ”  1000 reps

  • 100 Burpees
  • 100 Jump Box
  • 100 Pull Ups
  • 100 Push Ups
  • 100 Air Squats
  • 100 Sit Ups
  • 100 Kettlebell Swings
  • 100 Push Press
  • 100 Wall Ball
  • 100 Kettlebell Dead Lifts
