Group Workout

This is designed as a Group Workout.  Athletes can start on any station and they have 6 minutes to complete as many rounds of the station they can get prior to rotating to the next station.  There will be a 1 minute break between Stations for the teams to change.

For example if an athlete started on Station #1 he or she would do 10 DL’s, 10 Push Ups, 10 Wall Balls, and continue to repeat to pound out as many rounds as possible for the 6 minutes allowed.  Once 6 minutes is up the athlete will have a 1 minute break to move to the next station and continue the same.

This entire workout will take a total of 20 minutes to complete including the two 1 minute breaks between Stations.  It can also be scaled down for beginners.

Station #1

  • 10 Dead Lifts  135M/95W
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 10 Wall Balls  20M/14W

Station #2

  • 10 Push Press 75M/45W
  • 10 Burpees
  • 10 Overhead Squats w/pvc

Station #3

  • 10 Front Squats 95M/65W
  • 10 Box Jumps 20”M/14”W
  • 10 Knee to Elbows
