Saturday Group Workout

Group workout begins at 9am sharp.  We were also invited to travel down to North Miami CrossFit to partake in the Winter WOD at 11am.

Burpees                1 – 2 – 3 – 4 – 5 – 6 – 7 – 8 – 9 – 10

Start and end with 500 Meter Row
