Warm Up

Mobility and Line Drills

Workout of the Day (WOD)

“Fight Gone Back”

Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)

One minute on each exercise with a one minute rest between each cycle.  Complete this cycle three times for score.


We had 30 Athletes doing “FGB” today.

What a competitive environment.   I love the fact that we can all compete with each other in a friendly way.  It drives us forward.  It gives us a purpose to train.   And if you have a purpose and the determination to get better you are gonna look and feel better.  Know your limitations and push yourself to the limits and beyond.  If you are still walking around talking at the end of these workouts you are not pushing yourself hard enough.

Rest days are just as important so everyone enjoy tomorrow off.
