Saturday Group Workout @ 9am will begin with a 20 min Stretching Routine so please be on time.
The Sectional Workout will be hosted at The Playground Gym / CrossFit Fort Lauderdale at 11am SHARP!!!!!
Anyone who can help out Coaching Please be there about 10 minutes early
