Fixed Rep Card Game

Hearts = 10 Kettlebell Swings 53M/35W

Diamonds = 10 Goblet Squats 53M/35W

Clubs = 10 Dead Lifts 135M/95W

Spades = 25 Sit Ups

Joker = 200 Meter Run


30 Minute Card Game starts when each athlete pulls a card and when you get that suite you do the prescribed exercise.  After you complete the exercise you pull another card and keep going for 30 minutes without stopping.  When someone pulls a Joker everyone has to finish the exercise they are on – then do a 200 Meter Run.
